Our Style & What We Offer.

Our style is classy, feminine, and light designs. When creating custom cakes, we do not copy exact designs from inspiration photos! Please do not ask us to do so, we will not be able to take on the order.

We require a certain level of creative freedom for all custom orders. We will do our absolute best to create within the specifications given regarding theme, colors, etc., but will also use our best judgement if any aspect of the design needs to be changed!

We do not create character cakes, heavy children’s themes, or animated/cartoon cakes.

We work with American Buttercream only. We do not work with fondant!

Booking & Payment.

For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid upfront in order to have your order in our schedule.

For online shop orders and Hotplate orders, full payment is required upfront.

Custom order invoices will include a 4% fee to cover payment processing fees.

We do not hold dates. The only way to hold a date is to submit a deposit!

Remaining balances for all custom orders must be paid 3 days prior to your event date. If payment is not submitted, you will not be able to pickup your order!

Cancellations & Refunds.

Any cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your pickup date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Changes to your order also require 7 days notice.

If you simply do not like your order (taste, texture, color, etc.), no refunds will be given.

Pickup & Delivery.

If picking up your order, please arrive within 15 minutes of your selected pickup time. If you arrive late, we may not be here to hand off your order.

Delivery for wedding orders over $500 will add $2/mile from our location in Aliso Viejo.

Please let us know in advance if your selected pickup/delivery time no longer works for you.
